Inés is a London based yoga teacher offering yoga classes for many abilities. Through a steady practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, and study of yoga philosophy, she has found strength, flexibility, and balance both on and off the mat and is keen to share the profound effects of these tools with others in a way that respects the roots and traditions of Yoga.
Inés teaches yoga as a way of life: she likes to facilitate space for others to remember the interconnection of the body mind network. Her classes weave together mindful movement, functional alignment, awareness of breath, and teachings from prominent philosophical texts, using the body as a vehicle for understanding who we really are beyond who we think we are.
As well as teaching in studios across London, Inés also teaches yoga to people in recovery from addiction. Being of service to others is an important part of her yoga practice.
Ines began teaching in 2016 and has completed over 600 hours of training both in India and London ranging from Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, pre and post natal, yin yoga, mindfulness and meditation, trauma sensitivity, yoga and addiction recovery, and anti-racism/implicit bias trainings. She continues to be a student and regularly attends trainings with her teachers.
